Shipping Information

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

All orders are shipped with reputable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. We do not guarantee specific delivery times but strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day no-reason return policy from the date of delivery. This means you may return any item for a full refund within this period, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund amount will be equal to the price you paid for the item, excluding any shipping charges.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

For PayPal refunds, please allow at least 14 days for processing. In some regions, local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds to be completed. We appreciate your patience as we comply with these regulatory requirements.

Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must submit a claim within exactly 7 days of receipt. You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged product to support your claim.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion, depending on the availability of the product.

Non-Returnable Items
